The vast majority of orders ship out the same business day and are delivered within just 1-3 business days, this includes our Free Shipping service. On the very rare occasions when an order will not ship right away customers will be emailed promptly with an estimated ship date and the option to cancel or remain on order. Brands that ship from international locations such as Milltek typically take between 4-7 business days to be delivered.
We offer speedy free shipping to the continental US for orders of $200 or more. For those customers placing orders of less than $200 we offer a standard flat rate fee of $9.99. Customers either pay $9.99 or nothing for shipping - no surprises at checkout! The majority of orders are delivered within 1-3 business days using the free shipping option, however some orders can take up to 5 business days depending on your location.

It's best to use the billing address that's on file with the credit card company as the shipping address. Our return policy allows customers to return most orders within 30 days (14 days for AutoTecknic parts). Customers are responsible for any shipping fees associated with a return and the standard restocking fee. All parts must be in 100% brand new condition. Return requests must be made via email.
