Due to our warehouse locations around the country many of our customers receive their standard (free shipping) shipments within 1-3 business days. Depending on your location and the item purchased delivery could take 1-5 business days. We offer expedited shipping options for customers at checkout for an additional fee. Expedited shipping services are based on delivery dates during business days, Monday-Friday. For example, if your order ships out Thursday via 2 Day Air you'll receive delivery of the package on Monday. The carriers do not consider Saturday or Sunday standard delivery days even for air shipments.

We offer free shipping (excluding HI, AK and PR) for orders of $200 or more. For those customers placing orders of less than $200 we offer a standard flat rate fee of $9.99. Customers either pay $9.99 or nothing for shipping - no surprises at checkout! No. UPS and FedEx both work on standard business days (Monday-Friday), and do not deliver on Saturday or Sunday (unless the upgraded Saturday delivery service is selected). For example - if an order is placed on Friday via Next Day Air, delivery will take place on Monday which is the next business day after Friday. UPS offers an upgraded Saturday delivery service for expedited air shipments only (2 Day Air and Next Day Air) for an additional fee. Contact us if you need an Air shipment delivered on Saturday.

On rare occasion, parts are damaged by the shipping carrier in transit. We work hard to get these types of situations sorted out promptly for customers. If an item is delivered damaged, customers should immediately email us pictures of the damage so we can file a damaged package claim and schedule a replacement/exchange. Customers should NEVER use or install a part that is delivered damaged. If a part is used or installed after being delivered damaged, the shipping carrier will automatically deny the claim due to the part being used. Installing a part that was previously damaged will also void the manufacturer warranty. Customers that install a part that was delivered damaged will be unable to file any type of warranty claim or return the item in the future.

Once that process is underway we are unable to cancel the shipment. It's the customers responsibility to ensure the parts ordered are correct. Customers are given a confirmation page to view showing the list of parts before they complete the checkout process. If you need to cancel your order please email us immediately and include your name, order number, phone number and reason for canceling. These requests must be made via email. If by chance the order has not shipped it can be canceled without issue, minus a $30 cancellation fee or 10% for orders over $300. Over the years we've discovered that processing an "exchange" isn't necessarily the most efficient way of handling these situations. It's far more efficient for customers to simply return the original item and place a new order at their convenience for the item of their preference. This way if a customer needs the replacement item quickly they can immediately place a new order. Once the return arrives in new condition the original order will be refunded minus the shipping fee. Yes, however it's best to use the billing address that's on file with the credit card company as the shipping address. We can ship orders to some shipping addresses that differ from the verified billing address. We realize some customers need orders shipped to their work address, college, or installation shop - these situations will result in minimal processing delays while we verify the information. However some orders that request shipping to an address other than the authorized credit card billing address may require additional verification and may be subject to processing delays. In an effort to protect the customer and our company from fraudulent transactions every order that is placed using a different shipping address will be looked at closely before the shipment is processed. If there is an unavoidable circumstance that requires an order be shipped to an address other than your billing address we will require customers to provide proof of credit card ownership. If your shipping address requires additional verification you will be emailed after placing the order. Customers can be certain this information is kept completely confidential. This is not necessary for repeat customers.

International orders are taken on a case-by-case basis. Credit card payments are no longer accepted for any international orders. Yes! Our no hassle return policy allows customers to return most orders placed within 30 days - no questions asked. In order for us to accept a return the item must be in 100% brand new condition without previously being installed, test fitted, or altered in any way. All returns must include an RMA (return merchandise authorization) number that will be issued via email by our service department when a return request is initiated by the customer. Refunds are usually processed minus the 15% restocking/packing fee within 2-5 business days after returns are delivered. When a customer receives the refund notification email from our company that means the refund has been issued. Depending on your bank's processes most customers will see the refund post to their account within 1-7 business days after receiving the confirmation email from our system. Yes, your order has shipped. Please wait a couple hours or until the evening and track the package again. This occurs because our system often sends shipping confirmation emails as soon as shipments are processed and loaded into UPS trailers at the warehouse. However the package will not show movement when tracking is initiated online until the trailers arrive at the UPS hub and are unloaded. This is when each package is individually scanned by UPS. Once a package is scanned by UPS it will show movement online when tracking is attempted on the UPS website.
