No Questions Asked Returns

We want our customers to be satisfied with the product they purchase. We give customers 30 days to return any item (some exclusions, see below) that's in 100% brand new condition. It's simple - the vast majority of the products we sell qualify for the 10% restocking/repackaging fee return within 30 days of the purchase date. Full details and return instructions are below.

 

How to Return an Order

  • Please email service@emnotek.com to request a return. Include your name, order number, and reason for return in the email. All returns must be handled via email.
  • We will respond with return instructions and include your RMA number which is required by our warehouse in order to process your return. If the RMA number is not included the return will be denied.
  • We ask customers to please securely package the merchandise and include an product packing with the return.
  • Customers must ship the merchandise back to the address listed on the RMA form as our return instructions will state. We recommend customers insure all return shipments.
  • Once the return is received it typically takes our warehouse 2-5 business days to inspect the return and authorize the refund minus the restocking fee.
  • Depending on your banks processing procedures refunds will typically show in your account within a few business days.

 

Please note that merchadise must be in 100% brand new condition (not installed or test fitted) and include an Emnotek issued RMA number to be returned, no exceptions. Shipping fees are non-refundable and customers must pay shipping to return an order, this is strictly enforced. A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.

Our legal return policies are as follows. Returns are accepted for brand new merchadise within 30 days of the purchase date (some brands excluded, listed below). All returns must be authorized by Emnotek via email and include an RMA number (return merchandise authorization). Returned merchandise must be in 100% brand new condition and in the original manufacturer packaging including all original packing material. Merchandise that has been installed or altered in any way can not be returned. The vast majority of the products sold on our website can be returned minus a 10% restocking fee within 30 days. Some exclusions apply including the following. AutoTecknic parts must be returned within 14 days. The following products are subject to a 20% restocking fee - Racing Dynamics, Neuspeed, DDMWorks, CravenSpeed, iND Distribution, AutoTecknic (14 day return period for AutoTecknic) and other items per the discretion of Emnotek including shipments that are refused or returned by UPS/Fedex due to a customers inability to accept a shipment. Painted parts cannot be returned. Eisenmann and Milltek exhausts are shipped direct from Europe - orders for these brands cannot be canceled or returned. Due to the nature of Sprint Booster products, they cannot be returned. Electrical components are non-refundable and cannot be returned. Merchandise determined to be defective can be exchanged for a replacement product if covered by the manufacturers warranty. No refunds or exchanges after 30 days. Customers must use the email address listed on our Contact Us page to receive return authorization and instructions for return. Please include your name, order number, short description of the item (if multiple items were purchased), and the reason for return. Shipping fees for returned items are non refundable. If the original order qualified for free shipping, the actual shipping cost will be deducted from the return. All returns must be shipped prepaid by the customer. Customers will receive a store credit for merchandise returned due to manufacture warranty defect after the return policy period has expired.
