Orders Ship the Same Business Day

Our team at Emnotek is dedicated to quickly and accurately shipping every order. Most orders ship out the same business day or within 24hrs. Many orders even ship out on Saturday! On the rare occasion your order will not ship right away you will be contacted immediately by one of our representatives via email with an estimated ship date. Of course you have the option of canceling your order if you prefer not to wait. Remember – we pride ourselves in providing excellent customer service and always try to keep customers informed regarding order status.

Free Shipping

We offer free Ground shipping (excluding HI, AK and PR) for orders of $200 or more. For those customers placing orders of less than $200 we offer a standard flat rate fee for Ground. Customers either pay $9.99 or nothing for shipping - no surprises at checkout! Of course we also offer expedited shipping options for an additional fee. In rare circumstances some items may require freight shipping due to their size and weight. In these situations customers will be notified and given the option to cancel the order or proceed with freight shipping at the quoted price.

Speedy Standard Delivery

Due to our warehouse locations around the country, most of our customers receive their Ground shipments within 1-3 delivery days. Depending on your location and the item purchased delivery could take up to 4-5 delivery days.

Signature for Deliveries

The vast majority of orders are shipped without a signature being required at delivery. Most customers appreciate the convenience of not being required to be present at the time of delivery. However, there are some orders shipped with a signature required based on the discretion of our fulfillment team. If a customer is concerned about package theft, please be sure to email us prior to placing an order so that we can ensure your package is shipped with a signature required for delivery. Emnotek is not responsible for theft of packages after delivery.

Expedited Shipping

We offer expedited shipping options for customers at checkout for an additional fee. These services are based on delivery dates during business days, Monday-Friday. For example, if your order ships out Thursday via 2 Day Air you'll receive delivery of the package on Monday. Most carriers do not consider Saturday or Sunday standard delivery days even for air shipments. If you need a package to be delivered on Saturday, a Saturday delivery service will need to be selected at checkout.

Shipping and Damage Policy

We strive to ensure that all products are delivered to you in excellent condition. However, on very rare occasions items may arrive damaged by the carrier, so we ask that you take the following steps upon receiving your items:

1. Inspect Upon Receipt: As soon as your order arrives, please inspect the packaging and contents carefully for any visible damage during transit. If you notice any damage to the box or the product itself, please notify us immediately, before using or installing the product.

2. Documentation of Damage: If you find damage, please take clear photos of the product, the packaging, and any visible shipping damage. This documentation is essential for processing any damage claims with the shipping carrier.

3. Time-Sensitive Claims: Any damage claim must be reported to us within 72 hours of delivery. Once the product has been installed or used, we cannot file a damage claim with the shipping carrier. Installation or use of the product constitutes your acceptance of the condition of the item.

4. No Claims After Installation: Once an item is installed, it is considered used by the shipping carriers, and no claims for damage can be filed with the carrier. Please ensure you fully inspect your items before installation.

5. Return and Exchange Process: If you receive a damaged item and notify us in time, we will assist you with filing a damage claim so you can return or exchange the item as per our return policy.

By following these guidelines, we can assist you promptly and efficiently with any issues you may encounter during delivery.

Billing and Shipping Addresses

Some orders that request shipping to an address other than the authorized credit card billing address may require additional verification and may be subject to processing and shipping delays. We realize some customers need orders shipped to their work address, college, or installation shop - these situations will result in minimal processing delays while we verify the information. In an effort to protect the customer and our company from fraudulent transactions every order that is placed using a different shipping address will be looked at closely before the shipment is processed.
