Product Description
This is the newly released 2 piece version with the removable cat / decat section. This 2 piece header manifold for the MINI Cooper S R53 features 2.50" T304 stainless steel construction and a 200 Cell Hi-Flow Sports Cat. This header manifold will greatly improve performance and sound compared to your factory unit. The stock manifold - downpipe - cat has the most inconsistent pipe diameter in your exhaust system. The Milltek header is an easy bolt-on installation, and it can be installed with your stock exhaust or with a Milltek Sport unit (or any other aftermarket unit for that matter).

On the very rare occasions when an order will not ship right away customers will be emailed promptly with an estimated ship date and the option to cancel or remain on order. Brands that ship from international locations such as Milltek typically take between 4-7 business days to be delivered.

We offer speedy free shipping to the continental US for orders of $200 or more. For those customers placing orders of less than $200 we offer a standard flat rate fee of $9.99. Customers either pay $9.99 or nothing for shipping - no surprises at checkout! The majority of orders are delivered within 1-3 business days using the free shipping option, however some orders can take up to 5 business days depending on your location.
Billing Address
