The 2011+ Ford Super Duty equipped with the 6.7L Powerstroke is one of the most capable and reliable trucks on the road today. But, when Mishimoto heard about 6.7L Powerstroke air-to-water intercoolers leaking internally, we set to work making the 6.7L Powerstroke even better. The Mishimoto 6.7L Powerstroke intercooler kit brings even more reliability to the 6.7L by ditching the stamped and stacked plate stock design. Instead, our intercooler is built with cast aluminum end tanks that are precision TIG welded to the robust bar-and-plate core. The cast end-tanks reduce potential failure points, making them more reliable than cut and welded tanks. Further durability is added by the inclusion of aluminum intercooler pipes and silicone couplers with Duracoreandtrade

The vast majority of orders ship out the same business day and are delivered within just 1-3 business days, this includes our Free Shipping service. On the very rare occasions when an order will not ship right away customers will be emailed promptly with an estimated ship date and the option to cancel or remain on order. Brands that ship from international locations such as Milltek typically take between 4-7 business days to be delivered.

We offer speedy free shipping to the continental US for orders of $200 or more. For those customers placing orders of less than $200 we offer a standard flat rate fee of $9.99. Customers either pay $9.99 or nothing for shipping - no surprises at checkout! The majority of orders are delivered within 1-3 business days using the free shipping option, however some orders can take up to 5 business days depending on your location.
Billing Address

Returns
Our return policy allows customers to return most orders within 30 days (7 days for AutoTecknic parts).
