Product Description
This Stainless Steel Sport Exhaust Headers from Racing Dynamics is made for the MINI Cooper Gen 2 Non Turbo. These high performance headers were developed in Germany by a leading tuner and are manufactured out of heavy gauge T304 stainless steel for long life. There are several ways to produce a cheaper header and all of them are inferior to a high quality header and generally succumb to failure in a short period of time. Easy ways to lower the cost of a header are to use inferior 201 stainless steel or mild steel flanges which rust. 

Features:
- Design utilizes a F1-style 4 into 1 merge collector for reduced turbulence which creates more horsepower and torque
- All T304 stainless steel heavy duty tubing, TIG welded and natural finish. Tubing wall thickness has been increased to 1.5mm.
- Includes O2 (lambda) sensor port just like the original down pipe configuration. Does not include catalytic converters - not usable on the public roads! Check your local regulations!
- Improvement is approximately 10 hp.
- Since it does not include a catalytic converter - it is not usable on the public roads! Check your local regulations! This test pipe includes an O2 sensor bung to install your O2 sensor.
- Headers really make the car noticeably faster across the rpm range with minimal additional noise
- Straight forward installation. Kit comes complete with gaskets.

Brands that ship from international locations such as Milltek typically take between 4-7 business days to be delivered.

We offer speedy free shipping to the continental US for orders of $200 or more. For those customers placing orders of less than $200 we offer a standard flat rate fee of $9.99. Customers either pay $9.99 or nothing for shipping - no surprises at checkout! The majority of orders are delivered within 1-3 business days using the free shipping option, however some orders can take up to 5 business days depending on your location.
Billing Address

Returns
Our return policy allows customers to return most orders within 30 days (7 days for AutoTecknic parts).
