The Platform One™ Roof Rack is KC's hybrid platform system built for adventurers who demand more from their 4Runner. Designed specifically for the 25+ Toyota 4Runner (6th Gen), PL1 blends the rugged capability of a modular platform rack with the sleek, contoured fit of a precision-formed sheet metal design. Whether it's a daily drive or a remote trail, this rack is ready to go wherever your 4Runner can take you. Crafted in Arizona with over 90% U.S.-sourced materials, it features proprietary aluminum extrusions, precision-cut sheet metal side rails, and a patent-pending structure for seamless lighting, gear, and power integration—all while maintaining a clean, low-profile silhouette. The rack is Power-Ready™ with built-in side light wiring channels that simplify lighting and solar installs. Compatible with KC's Gravity® Titan™ (SKU 91418) or Pro6® (SKU 91308) overhead bars, and up to four flush-mount Profile 10" SideCast™ lights, the PL1 enables full 360° lighting. No drilling or permanent modification is required to your 4Runner. It bolts to factory mounting points using a custom bumpstop tensioning system for long-term strength and reliability, even on rugged terrain.

Delivery
The vast majority of orders ship out the same business day and are delivered within just 1-3 business days, this includes our Free Shipping service. On the very rare occasions when an order will not ship right away customers will be emailed promptly with an estimated ship date and the option to cancel or remain on order. Brands that ship from international locations such as Milltek typically take between 4-7 business days to be delivered.
Free shipping
We offer speedy free shipping to the continental US for orders of $200 or more. For those customers placing orders of less than $200 we offer a standard flat rate fee of $9.99. Customers either pay $9.99 or nothing for shipping - no surprises at checkout! The majority of orders are delivered within 1-3 business days using the free shipping option, however some orders can take up to 5 business days depending on your location.
Billing Address
This statement is only meant for customers paying via credit or debit card. If you're using PayPal, Affirm, ApplePay, etc. - no additional verification is necessary. It's best to use the billing address that's on file with the credit card company as the shipping address. Some orders that request shipping to an address other than the authorized credit card billing address will require additional verification and may be subject to processing delays.
Returns
Our return policy allows customers to return most orders within 30 days (7 days for AutoTecknic parts). Customers are responsible for any shipping fees associated with a return and the restocking fee. All parts must be in 100% brand new condition. Return requests must be made via email.
