Customers either pay $9.99 or nothing for shipping - no surprises at checkout! The majority of orders are delivered within 1-3 business days using the free shipping option, however some orders can take up to 5 business days depending on your location.

It's best to use the billing address that's on file with the credit card company as the shipping address. Some orders that request shipping to an address other than the authorized credit card billing address will require additional verification and may be subject to processing delays.
Returns
Our return policy allows customers to return most orders within 30 days (7 days for AutoTecknic parts). Our automated catalog is fed images from our suppliers and manufacturers. If our sources do not have an image on file of the exact part they will often include a generic image that should be used for reference only. If you have a question about an image and its accuracy, please email us prior to placing an order.
