CravenSpeed's supercharger pulleys are machined to a specific reduction of the original equipment on your MINI's supercharger. It is widely accepted that these sizes are safe amount of reduction on this particular supercharger. Smooth, form fitting teeth on your pulley take longer to machine but are worth the extra time. Our pulleys will neither eat nor throw your belt. You can be confident your belt will last long, and run quietly. We do recommend using a slightly smaller belt with these reduction pulleys, we offer The Gates FleetRunner belt. Refer to guide if you aren't sure whether you need a belt or not.
15% or 17% ?? If both sizes are safe for the supercharger which one should you choose? The supercharger is only creating boost under acceleration, on a normal or even a spirited drive this is only occasional. However, at the track or an autocross event acceleration is sustained and frequent. If you use your MINI for these types of events it is better to use the 15% reduction. This is because the 17% pulley causes the supercharger to heat more rapidly and the warm air begins to negate the positive effects of the extra PSI earlier in the band.
Fitment This pulley will work on all supercharged MINI models except the JCW which already has a similarly reduced size pulley on the supercharger. Although this two part pulley is self-centering to help ease installation you may still want to check our dealer finder for a CravenSpeed Authorized Installer near you. If you plan do on wrenching on your own, make sure you have a puller designed to remove the MINI's press-fit OEM pulley. Our quick puller allows you to remove the OEM pulley without removing the tensioner.

Once an order is placed it's immediately processed by the fulfillment center and is picked electronically for shipment within minutes. While the vast majority of parts are available for immediate shipment, if for some reason your order will not ship right away you will be emailed promptly with an estimated ship date. You always have the option of canceling your order if you prefer not to wait if an item it's available for immediate shipment.
We offer speedy free shipping to the continental US for orders of $200 or more. For those customers placing orders of less than $200 we offer a standard flat rate fee of $9.99. Customers either pay $9.99 or nothing for shipping - no surprises at checkout! The majority of orders are delivered within 1-3 business days using the free shipping option, however some orders can take up to 5 business days depending on your location.
Speedy standard delivery
Our free standard delivery service is usually delivered to customers within 1-3 business days. The "Estimated Delivery By" date listed above is an estimate, not a guarantee. Due to the various warehouse locations around the country that we ship from, most customers receive their free shipping standard delivery orders within 1-3 business days. Depending on your location and the item purchased, delivery could take up to 5 business days though. A few brands are the exception, including Eisenmann and Milltek, which will take longer than the estimated delivery date to arrive.
Billing and shipping addresses
This statement is only meant for customers paying using a credit or debit card. If you're using PayPal, Affirm, ApplePay, ShopPay Installments, etc. - no additional verification is necessary. It's best to use the billing address that's on file with the credit card company as the shipping address. We can ship orders to some shipping addresses that differ from the verified billing address. We realize some customers need orders shipped to their work address, college, or installation shop - these situations will result in minimal processing delays while we verify the information. However some orders that request shipping to an address other than the authorized credit card billing address may require additional verification and may be subject to processing delays. In an effort to protect the customer and our company from fraudulent transactions every order that is placed using a different shipping address will be looked at closely before the shipment is processed. If there is an unavoidable circumstance that requires an order be shipped to an address other than your billing address we will require customers to provide proof of credit card ownership. If your shipping address requires additional verification you will be emailed after placing the order.
Our return policy allows customers to return most orders within 30 days (14 days for AutoTecknic parts). Customers are responsible for any shipping fees associated with a return. For us to accept a return the item must be in 100% brand new condition without previously being installed, test fitted, or altered in any way. All returns must include an RMA (return merchandise authorization) number that will be issued via email by our service department when a return request is initiated by the customer. Return requests must be made via email. Refunds are usually processed within 2-5 business days after returns are delivered, minus the standard 10% restocking/packing fee. Brands that are final sale and cannot be returned are - Eisenmann, Milltek, and Sprint Booster.
