Delivery
The vast majority of orders ship out the same business day and are delivered within just 1-3 business days, this includes our Free Shipping service. On the very rare occasions when an order will not ship right away customers will be emailed promptly with an estimated ship date and the option to cancel or remain on order. Brands that ship from international locations such as Milltek typically take between 4-7 business days to be delivered.
Free shipping
We offer speedy free shipping to the continental US for orders of $200 or more. For those customers placing orders of less than $200 we offer a standard flat rate fee of $9.99. Customers either pay $9.99 or nothing for shipping - no surprises at checkout! The majority of orders are delivered within 1-3 business days using the free shipping option, however some orders can take up to 5 business days depending on your location.
Billing Address
This statement is only meant for customers paying via credit or debit card. If you're using PayPal, Affirm, ApplePay, etc. - no additional verification is necessary. It's best to use the billing address that's on file with the credit card company as the shipping address. Some orders that request shipping to an address other than the authorized credit card billing address will require additional verification and may be subject to processing delays.
Returns
Our return policy allows customers to return most orders within 30 days (7 days for AutoTecknic parts). Customers are responsible for any shipping fees associated with a return and the restocking fee. All parts must be in 100% brand new condition. Return requests must be made via email. Feel free to view our return policy for full details.
Images
Images are for reference only, the actual product may vary. While the vast majority of images on our website are accurate, on occasion an image will be for reference only. Our automated catalog is fed images from our suppliers and manufacturers. If our sources do not have an image on file of the exact part they will often include a generic image that should be used for reference only. If you have a question about an image and its accuracy, please email us prior to placing an order.
