On the very rare occasions when an order will not ship right away customers will be emailed promptly with an estimated ship date and the option to cancel or remain on order. The majority of orders are delivered within 1-3 business days using the free shipping option, however some orders can take up to 5 business days depending on your location.
    Billing Address
    This statement is only meant for customers paying via credit or debit card. If you're using PayPal, Affirm, ApplePay, etc. - no additional verification is necessary. It's best to use the billing address that's on file with the credit card company as the shipping address.     Our return policy allows customers to return most orders within 30 days (7 days for AutoTecknic parts). Customers are responsible for any shipping fees associated with a return and the restocking fee. All parts must be in 100% brand new condition. Return requests must be made via email.
