Skyjacker's legendary Softride(R) technology engineered processes achieve maximum wheel travel, ride quality and extends the long-lasting life of the leaf spring. The process starts with 5160H chromium alloy material, an advanced method of shot peening and a presetting process. This takes any fatigue or stress off the spring and eliminates sagging. Softride(R) Technology leaf springs have tapered leafs to distribute loads more evenly and to create more flex at the leaf ends. Teflon(R) wear pads between leafs and bolt style spring clips prevent binding and eliminate friction.Ultra heavy-duty track bar relocation brackets capture the front crossmember and front axle to prevent movement in this critical high-stress area and to keep the axle centered. The sway bar links realign the front and rear sway bars working angle to achieve maximum sway control. Shocks are a key link in-between the chassis and your suspension. Front and rear damper capacity enhanced with ADX 2.0 Adventure Series Remote Reservoir Aluminum Monotube Shocks. ADX 2.0 has a race-inspired full-displaced valving system. Nitrogen charged with Internal Floating Piston Technology Quickest Shock Reaction Time Ever. Together this complete kit maintains the factory geometry angles, alignment specifications and structural strength.
