It's best to use the billing address that's on file with the credit card company as the shipping address. Some orders that request shipping to an address other than the authorized credit card billing address will require additional verification and may be subject to processing delays.
Returns
Our return policy allows customers to return most orders within 30 days (7 days for AutoTecknic parts). Images are for reference only, the actual product may vary. While the vast majority of images on our website are accurate, on occasion an image will be for reference only. Our automated catalog is fed images from our suppliers and manufacturers. If our sources do not have an image on file of the exact part they will often include a generic image that should be used for reference only.
